Long Geometric Bar Necklace Sterling Silver Minimalist Pendant Silver Finish or Oxidized

My name is Silvia Marzucchi and I am the designer. I’ve been into jewelry for 20 years, 6 of which selling Venetian glass jewelry on market stalls in London. When I moved back to Italy, I had a shop for accessories and started creating jewels for my own shop. After a while I decided to master the soldering techniques following Internet tutorials. This changed everything – I was finally free to create what I had in mind in endless shapes and forms.

I hold a First Class degree in IT at the Middlesex University in London. This has nothing to do with what I'm doing now, but it could be an inspiration to everyone who are still looking for their "element" – anything is possible. I’m thankful to all my customers who enjoy my creations and support me in this adventure.

This geometric pendant necklace has a long sterling silver bar hanging on a sterling silver chain. The necklace can be made in silver finish or oxidized finish.

It's always challenging and special every time I create a minimalist piece like this one, as I strive to convey style and glam using simple lines.

I believe this necklace has a special charm, and I can see it on a stylish modern woman who has a strong fashion taste and who believes that less is really more!

This necklace would look great paired with other minimalist necklaces for a layered look.

    - chain length 31.5 inches (80 cm)

    - bar height 2.6 inches (6.5 cm)

Both the length of the chain and the height of the bar can be customized, just send me a message with your specifications.

Sterling silver jewellery, if not worn for long periods of time, may develop a patina, which can be easily removed with a silver polishing cloth, available in all diy stores.

If you want to “do it yourself”, here's a way:

***wet the silver piece in water, apply a small amount of fluoride toothpaste on the silver.

Rub the toothpaste into the silver slowly, keeping it wet. Rub it until the toothpaste turns into a greysh dark colour.

Let it sit for about 2 minutes.

    Wash away the toothpaste.

The silver will show immediate improvement***

+++The oxidized black finish is not permanent.+++

It will naturally start to fade over time with wear and handling, enriching the piece with a unique antiqued finish.

All my pieces are carefully handmade. Irregularities and imperfection are signs of authenticity.
